Deploy Openfabric contract

Openfabric requester contract is necessary as it will be the only one that is allowed to operate to this specific node, others may be added later.

Firstly the contract needs to be compiled, this can be achieved by clicking on Compile button, when compilation is done the view will be updated with the abi of the contract.

To proceed with deployment click on Deploy button. Metamask pop up will appear to sign and pay for the deployment transaction.

Once the transaction is complete, the wizard will automatically advance to the next step.
